Struct may automatically record details regarding your computer hardware and software. This dataset includes information such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access durations, and referring website addresses. We gather this data to facilitate the seamless operation of our services, evaluate product engagement, and assist with technical debugging. Furthermore, this information is vital for maintaining service quality, enhancing the overall user experience, personalizing platform content, and optimizing the functionality of the Struct website.

Please note that any data recorded on a public blockchain is immutable and cannot be deleted or modified by Struct. By using our services, you acknowledge that your public wallet address and transaction data are public by nature.

5. Use of Cookies

The Struct website utilizes "cookies" and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and deliver personalized services. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web page server; it cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. It is uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server within the domain that issued it. A primary function of these cookies is to offer convenience and save you time by notifying our web server that you have returned to a specific page. For instance, if you personalize Struct pages or register for Struct services, a cookie helps us recall your specific details, such as billing or shipping addresses, on subsequent visits. This ensures that when you return, your previous settings are retrieved, allowing you to easily use the features you customized.

Additionally, we may use cookies for targeted advertising purposes. While most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can typically modify your settings to decline them if you prefer. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of Struct's services or websites.

6. Links

The Struct website contains links to external sites. Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for the content or privacy standards maintained by these third-party platforms. We strongly encourage our users to remain vigilant when leaving our Site and to review the privacy policies of any other website that collects personally identifiable information.

7. Security of Your Personal Information

We take the security of your data seriously and implement robust technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our defense-in-depth strategy includes encryption, firewalls, strict access controls, and continuous system monitoring. We also conduct regular security reviews to adapt to emerging risks and strengthen our protections.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge that: (a) the internet has inherent security and privacy limitations beyond our control; and (b) we cannot absolutely guarantee the total security, integrity, or privacy of data exchanged through our platform.
